FleetCrown is the capability half of a permissionless economy. OrangeCat moves value without banks; FleetCrown gets work done without employers. Together they answer one question: what does a person actually need — money, trust, knowledge, coordination — and how do we deliver it with technology instead of institutions? Today FleetCrown is a working captain's bridge for AI agent fleets. You log in, press play, and autonomous agents build your projects — writing code, shipping features, deploying to production — while you stay in judgment, not execution. It runs as a real customer of OrangeCat: same Bitcoin rails, same pseudonymous identity, no central platform taking a cut. This is not a deck. In the 24 hours before this raise opened, FleetCrown's own agent fleet autonomously shipped 8 production commits to OrangeCat — found and fixed silently-broken payment crons, hardened auth that was failing open, repaired a never-run email pipeline — all CI-green and deployed to self-hosted infrastructure. The founder reviewed; the agents did the work. The thesis: every human, paired with an AI agent and a Bitcoin wallet, participates in the economy directly — fund, sell, lend, invest, coordinate — settled in neutral money, governed by code and reputation rather than permission. OrangeCat is how value flows. FleetCrown is how the building gets done. Back this raise to fund the next stage: making the captain's bridge something a stranger can trust without the founder babysitting the plumbing.

## The deal This is a Bitcoin-denominated revenue-share backing, not an equity sale. FleetCrown is pre-incorporation and pre-revenue; a holding entity (bitbaum AG) is planned but not yet formed. Backers send BTC to a transparent on-chain address and are recorded as early supporters. In exchange they receive a pro-rata revenue share once FleetCrown begins generating subscription revenue, on terms formalized when the legal entity is incorporated. Until then, treat this as a high-conviction backing of a thesis and a team — not a regulated security. ## Risk (read this) - Pre-revenue, pre-incorporation. No guarantee of return, of revenue, or that an entity is ever formed. - No custody: your BTC is sent peer-to-peer to the project address. It is not escrowed and not refundable. - This is not investment advice and not a regulated offering. Back only what you can afford to lose. - Revenue-share terms are an intention, formalized at incorporation; early backers are offered the most favorable terms on record. ## The thesis — what people actually need An economy exists to meet four human needs: a way to hold and move value (money), a way to trust strangers (identity + reputation), access to knowledge and capability, and ways to coordinate around shared interests. For a century these were delivered by centralized intermediaries — banks, platforms, states — each taking a cut and holding a veto. Three technologies now remove the intermediary: 1. Bitcoin / Lightning — value moves globally without a bank's permission. 2. Pseudonymous identity + reputation — trust without a state-issued ID. 3. AI agents — capability and execution without an employer or a gatekeeper. OrangeCat is the economic layer: sell, fund, lend, invest, and settle in BTC, permissionlessly. FleetCrown is the capability layer: agent fleets that actually build the things being funded. One person — with an AI fleet and a Bitcoin wallet — can now do what used to require a company, a bank, and a platform's permission. ## Traction (verifiable) - FleetCrown runs live at fleetcrown.orangecat.ch, fully self-hosted (migrated off Vercel / Neon / hosted Supabase). - It is a real, dogfooding customer of OrangeCat — the loop is closed. - In the 24h before this raise opened, its agent fleet autonomously shipped 8 production commits to OrangeCat, all CI-green and deployed. - The OrangeCat platform you are reading this on is itself built and maintained by that loop. ## Use of funds Hardening the captain's bridge so non-founders can trust it: a self-healing runtime, autonomous turn-chaining, and legible "what the fleet did" history. The distance between "works when the founder is watching" and "press play and walk away" is the entire roadmap — and the entire opportunity.
